Our invoicing structure is set up on an annual basis that covers all normal expenses for a horse through the year. You will not have bills trickling in which can be extremely annoying!

Anything not considered a normal expense will be approved by the group before incurring the cost. This may include a medical procedure, special medicine, etc. It is our responsibility to efficiently manage this money and monitor the services rendered for the group.
